I am a huge aromatherapy fan. So when I came across these wonderful little gems I had to try them. I work long hours and and believe there is nothing more relaxing than a nice hot shower to take the aches away and relax, upon opening the box the aroma was wonderful, I ran my shower opened the seal and placed it on shower pan towards the wall away from direct flow (per instructions). In a short while I was in aroma shower heaven quite possibly one of the most relaxing showers to date. Bonus it does not leave any slippery residue. Climbed into bed relaxed with a calm mind. Have actually purchased for my daughters for stocking stuffers this year 10/10 rating here.
